KCC&I – Objects

• To foster and develop friendly Relationship, Mutual Help, common understating and unanimity on all subjects connected with common good of Indian merchants and industrialists in general and merchants and industrialists of Karnataka in particular.
• To secure organized action, directly or indirectly on all subjects relating to the interest of business and industry community of India in general and Karnataka in particular.
• To promote the objects of Karnataka Business and Industry community in matters of Inland and Foreign Trade, Shipping, Manufacturing, Banking and Insurance.

• To promote and develop Trade and Industry and bring in unity and amity among members of trade and business community.
• To provide a forum for Businessmen and Industrialists to discuss and deliberate on all issues affecting the general interest.
• To interact continuously and work with the government in resolving the various problems that arise from time to time in the trade and business sphere.
• To build up and disseminate information on trade and industry, to its members and the community at large.
• To organize seminars / symposia / workshops, training programs etc on subjects of topical interest for the benefit of members and the general public.
• To publish papers, books, monographs, studies etc from time to time in the service of members and the community.
• To provide a forum for business mission from abroad for developing bilateral trade/multilateral trade with foreign companies and to sponsor business missions to other countries from time to time.
• To organize studies from time to time in different areas that has a bearing on trade and industry.
• To set up exhibitions, trade shows, buyer-seller meets and the like for the benefit of members and the general public.
• To seek and represent trade and business in various Government Bodies and institutions.
